$250,000-$300,000 base salary + 50% quarterly performance bonus
Full-time / Onsite (5 days/week)
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Growth to spearhead our growth strategy and drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth tactics, optimizing our marketing funnel, and scaling our user base across multiple channels. This role reports directly to the COO and manages a team of growth marketers across channels including socials, search, tv, and more.
What You’ll Do- Design and implement comprehensive, data-driven strategies to meet growth targets
- Oversee a multi-million $$ growth budget across search, socials, streaming, linear tv, radio and podcast advertising, to improve acquisition and retention
- Build the Mochi brand as a marketplace for all medication needs
- Utilize cohort analysis, a/b testing, and conversion rate optimization to improve performance
- Build and manage a high performing marketing team
- Report to senior leadership weekly on key performance metrics across channels
- Manage and track budgets
- 10+ years of growth experience in a management role
- 2+ years post 2020
- 2+ years advertising in a regulated environment
- 2+ years at a company with fewer than 500 people
- Proven track record of driving growth and user acquisition in D2C markets
- Highly quantitative approach to decision making
- At least one successful launch of a new vertical of an existing product
- Fluent knowledge of growth strategies, tactics, and cross-channel best practices
- History of hiring strong teams to deliver great outcomes in lean environments
- MBA required

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $250,000 to $300,000, in addition to benefits and 50% quarterly performance bonus. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
