Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote VP of Marketing to join our team. As the VP of Marketing at Mosaic, you will build and lead our internal marketing function, driving demand generation, brand awareness, partner marketing, revenue growth, and market expansion. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role that will partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership to create a scalable marketing engine that directly impacts pipeline and business performance. This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Mosaic's growth objectives and revenue targets
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing internal marketing team
- Oversee demand generation initiatives across paid, organic, partner, and outbound channels to drive qualified pipeline growth
- Establish campaign strategies across Mosaic service lines, technology partnerships, and industry verticals
- Partner with Sales Operations to define and optimize lead management processes, MQL and SQL criteria, attribution models, and reporting frameworks
- Own Mosaic's brand strategy, messaging, and market positioning across all channels and touchpoints
- Develop sales enablement materials including case studies, customer success stories, one-pagers, presentations, and thought leadership content
- Lead content marketing and social media strategies to strengthen awareness, engagement, and market credibility
- Own and optimize Mosaic's website, including user experience, content strategy, conversion paths, SEO, and lead generation performance
- Manage the marketing technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, data enrichment tools, and analytics solutions
- Analyze campaign performance, marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics, providing actionable recommendations to executive leadership
- Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners including UKG, SAP, and other ecosystem partners
- Plan and oversee webinars, conferences, partner events, executive programs, and virtual experiences that generate measurable business outcomes
- Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Pre-Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align marketing activities with company priorities
- Establish scalable marketing processes, reporting, governance, and planning frameworks that support long-term growth
- Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

Need to haves:
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience within a B2B consulting, professional services, technology services, or related environment
- Proven success developing and executing demand generation strategies tied directly to revenue growth
- Experience building, leading, and scaling marketing teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines including paid media, SEO, content marketing, social media, marketing automation, and website strategy
- Experience managing and leveraging CRM and marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce or similar solutions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Experience partnering closely with sales and revenue leaders to drive business outcomes
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work fully remote and travel as business needs require.
Nice to haves:
- Experience marketing services related to UKG, SAP, Workday, HR technology, ERP, AI, or enterprise software ecosystems
- Experience transitioning marketing functions from agency-led to internally managed models
- Experience supporting multiple service lines, technology partnerships, or industry verticals
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience leading brand transformation or rebranding initiatives
