Lead full-funnel, integrated marketing to drive demand generation, ABM, outbound, brand, creative, and partner/co-sell motions. About Orb:
We’re a team that cares deeply about the work, the people we do it with, and the customers we do it for. Everyone at Orb has real ownership over their work, direct access to customers, and a voice in how the company grows. We’re building the revenue design platform that helps teams automate billing, evolve pricing, and grow revenue with confidence.

Looking ahead, joining forces with Adyen expands what we can build and raises the ceiling on the problems we get to solve for customers. The challenges are uniquely interesting, and you’ll be surrounded by thoughtful, ambitious people who move fast and hold a high bar.

For San Francisco Bay Area , New York, and Amsterdam residents, we've built a hybrid work culture where we are in office 3 days/week. For remote roles, we ask you to join us in person 1x per quarter. Our values, customer centricity, minutes matter, run with it, attention to detail, and go further together are at the core of everything we do.

About the role:

Marketing is the next unlock for Orb's growth. As part of Adyen, we're taking Orb toward a massive revenue line with Adyen's 2,000-person global sales org behind our distribution and a real opportunity to build a co-sell and partner marketing motion at scale. You get the reach of a platform business with the scrappiness, ownership, and speed of an early-stage team.

Today most of our revenue comes inbound and we see demand generation as the unlock to even faster growth. We're looking for a full-funnel operator to own growth and integrated marketing end to end, someone who can shift us toward a more balanced outbound and ABM motion while raising the bar on brand, creative, and everything in between. This is a hands-on role for a builder, not a hands-off executive: you'll set the strategy and run the plays.

In this role you will:
  • Own growth and integrated marketing strategy across owned and digital channels including web and digital marketing, paid advertising, demand generation, and creative strategy and brand output.

  • Lead demand generation as the primary growth lever, building programs that scale pipeline and revenue.

  • Shift Orb from a largely inbound business toward a more balanced outbound and ABM motion.

  • Build a co-sell and partner marketing motion in partnership with Adyen's global sales org.

  • Run integrated, full-funnel campaigns from global brand work through to scaled demand gen programs and events.

  • Partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to connect marketing directly to revenue.

About you
  • A full-funnel marketer who thinks about growth holistically, from global brand campaigns all the way through to scaled demand generation programs.

  • Deep demand generation expertise is your primary strength, with product marketing exposure as a valuable secondary skill.

  • Hands-on experience with ABM and outbound motions, and a point of view on how to build them.

  • Breadth across integrated marketing, events, paid marketing, web and digital, and creative and brand.

  • A strong hands-on operator who's energized by building and executing in scrappy, early-stage mode not just directing from the top.

  • A collaborative partner to sales and product who ties marketing tightly to pipeline and revenue.

  • Some domestic and international travel required.

Benefits:

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • One Medical membership

  • Unlimited PTO plus an additional week off between Christmas and New Year’s

  • 401k plan

  • 16-week paid parental leave with equity vesting

  • Commuter stipend

  • Catered lunches in the office

  • Annual learning & development stipend

  • Meaningful equity in the form of stock options
