About the Roles

We’re hiring a Senior Vice President of Marketing to build and scale a modern, AI-native marketing engine. This executive role sits at the intersection of AI, data, enterprise GTM, and PLG, and is responsible for category storytelling, pipeline growth, and predictable revenue.

As a member of the executive team, you will own the end-to-end marketing function- partnering closely with founders, Sales, Product, and Customer teams to drive demand, expansion, and long-term brand leadership.

This is a builder role: you will define strategy, optimize the team, and implement the systems needed to scale.

 In addition you will: 

  • Lead an AI-first, data-driven marketing strategy across enterprise demand gen and product led growth marketing lifecycle
  • Build a predictable pipeline engine aligned to complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Partner with Sales on ICPs, ABM strategy, pipeline targets, and forecasting
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing org and modern marketing tech stack
  • Represent Prophecy externally through thought leadership, analysts, and flagship events

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience; senior leadership in AI, data, DevTools, or enterprise software
  • Proven success scaling marketing at a high-growth company (Series B–D preferred)
  • Strong enterprise demand gen (major) + PLG experience (minor)
  • Deep understanding of how new fast growth AI companies are driving large inbound
  • Metrics-driven leader with executive presence
  • Experience marketing to technical personas strongly preferred

Seniority:  Executive Level

Location: Bay Area, CA or Remote

Compensation: 250- 325k Base + Bonus + Equity
