Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.

About the Role
We're hiring a Head of MENA to lead Humanoid's commercial expansion across the Middle East and North Africa, with an initial focus on Saudi Arabia and the GCC. This role is responsible for establishing our regional presence, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving the commercial adoption of humanoid robotics across enterprise, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, government, and public sector markets.
You will own the regional go-to-market strategy, build and execute the sales pipeline, develop strategic partnerships, and represent Humanoid with senior executives, sovereign entities, and industry leaders. Working closely with the executive team, you'll play a pivotal role in making MENA one of Humanoid's most important growth markets.
What You'll Do

  • Own and execute Humanoid's commercial strategy across MENA, with an initial focus on Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

  • Build and manage the regional sales pipeline from strategic introductions through to contract execution.

  • Develop relationships with C-suite executives, government stakeholders, sovereign wealth funds, ministries, and major enterprise customers.

  • Secure commercial agreements, pilot programmes, strategic partnerships, and pre-orders for Humanoid's robotics platform.

  • Identify high-value market opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, automotive, energy, healthcare, defence, and smart cities.

  • Develop compelling commercial business cases and ROI models that accelerate customer adoption.

  • Represent Humanoid at executive meetings, industry events, and strategic customer engagements across the region.

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure customer feedback shapes product development and go-to-market strategy.

  • Own regional revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in robotics, automation, industrial technology, AI, or advanced manufacturing.

  • Proven experience building and scaling enterprise sales across the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

  • Demonstrated success selling complex technical solutions to enterprise, government, or sovereign customers.

  • Established network across key regional organisations, including major enterprises, government entities, and strategic partners.

  • Experience leading strategic partnerships and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets, forecasting, and business planning.

  • Exceptional executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment and build new markets from scratch.
