About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced VP, People Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our leaders. In this role, you will drive people strategies that enable business outcomes, foster organizational effectiveness, and cultivate a high-performance culture.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, and as a senior member of our HR Leadership team, you will work closely with leaders to align talent management, organizational design, and people initiatives with business priorities. You'll bring deep HR expertise, business acumen, and data-driven insights to influence decision-making and solve complex people challenges.

What You'll Do: 
  • Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable people strategies. Provide consultative guidance on organizational health, workforce planning, and talent optimization to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Talent Management & Leadership Development Lead talent review processes, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Coach and develop our leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, decision making and talent management capabilities.
  • Organizational Design & Change Management Drive organizational transformation by designing structures that support business strategy. Lead change management efforts during periods of growth, restructuring, or cultural evolution. Ensure smooth execution while maintaining employee engagement and productivity.
  • Culture & Employee Experience Champion initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, and employee engagement. Use employee feedback and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the employee experience.
  • HR Program Leadership Oversee the execution of core HR programs including performance management cycles, and employee relations. Ensure consistent application of policies while providing flexibility to meet unique business needs.
  • Data-Driven Insights Leverage people analytics and metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic recommendations. Present insights to leadership that drive evidence-based decision-making.
Who You Are: 
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment with at least 3 years supporting Sales leadership.
  • Deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
  • Experience leading through organizational transformation and scaling initiatives
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong coaching and advisory skills, comfortable challenging managers with empathy and clarity
  • Data driven, systems-oriented, and constantly improving processes.

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in Playa Vista, California location is $200,000 - $265,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc (“Crexi”) is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
