In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, driving outcomes through thoughtful analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and clear strategic direction. • Support the execution of strategic initiatives by contributing to program governance structures that promote stakeholder engagement, transparency, and effective product delivery.

  • Create and maintain Alternative Investments product roadmaps, execution plans, and performance metrics that support continuous learning and improvement of the Alts Connect platform,
ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and delivering measurable outcomes that enhance advisor experience and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate across the enterprise to maintain alignment on product vision, strategy, and performance against goals, applying critical thinking to enhance the value proposition of assigned products and programs.

  • Drive informed decision‑making by surfacing risks, trade‑offs, and recommendations, and escalating issues to appropriate leadership levels to enable timely resolution.

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, execution plans, and metrics that clearly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes while supporting continuous learning and improvement.

  • Produce high‑quality analyses, reports, and presentations related to LPL’s strategic growth initiatives that are ready for SVP‑level, C‑suite, and Board audiences.

  • Engage with advisors, internal partners, and external collaborators to incorporate feedback and ensure solutions address real‑world advisory and investment management needs.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for collaborative professionals who are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. Successful candidates are adaptable, outcomes‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment that values curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • 7–10+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, investment management, or program and project management, ideally within financial services or FinTech.

  • 7-10 years experience working in agile product development environments and partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.

  • 5+ years experience influencing outcomes and driving execution without direct people management authority.

  • 5+ years of experience with alternative investment products

Core Competencies

  • Flexibility and experience supporting organizations through change.

  • Deep knowledge of alternative investment and private equity products, sponsors landscape, portfolio management flow and supervision, and investment requirements and legal framework.

  • Ability to work effectively across functions and influence outcomes through collaboration and expertise.

  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages for audiences at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated business acumen, including experience developing business cases and supporting funding or investment decisions.

  • Analytical capability with experience evaluating opportunities and measuring results against defined objectives.

  • Proactive approach to identifying, assessing, and managing risks within scope of responsibility.

  • Experience engaging with senior leaders and contributing to strategic discussions.

  • Ability to translate business vision into actionable strategies and execution plans.

  • Proven ability to build alignment and drive progress across complex initiatives, including those outside direct accountability.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • Develop a deep understanding of LPL’s advisory business, investment platforms, team processes, tools, and the broader financial services landscape.
