As Vice President of Product, this leader will define and execute the roadmap that powers their expansive product suite—used every day to connect veterinary teams with the clients they serve. The successful candidate will be a high-growth product leader who thrives on fast, decisive execution and knows how to scale platforms that serve both B2B and B2C audiences.
The VP of Product will lead a globally distributed team to deliver powerful user experiences across both greenfield and legacy environments. With deep integration into clinical systems, direct access to end-user behavior, and a strong foothold in both independent and corporate practices, he/she will have a unique opportunity to drive platform-wide innovation, simplify complex workflows, and fuel measurable growth across multiple revenue streams. The ability to prioritize, move fast, and inspire collaboration will be key to the company’s continued market leadership. This leader will own the unification of their multi-product portfolio (Communications, Direct Booking, Phones, Marketing, Scribe) into a cohesive modern platform.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Platform unification and roadmap delivery
- Product consolidation and integration strategy
- Bringing multiple brands/products into one unified customer experience
- Improving execution, discipline, and delivery predictability
- Establishing reporting processes to drive visibility and accountability
- Balancing debt reduction with innovation
- Transform the team into a predictable, metrics-driven delivery organization
- Establish and communicate a clear prioritization framework
- Build transparency and reporting for stakeholders
- Improve cross-team delivery reliability
- Drive back log reduction while enabling high-value innovation
- Harness team motivation and stakeholder support to scale effectively
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of product leadership experience in SaaS,including5+years in a senior role with ownership of roadmap, delivery, and business outcomes
- Demonstrated success in a high-growth, PE-orVC-backed SaaS company that scaled beyond $100M ARR
- Deep experience in vertical SaaS, with a strong track record supporting SMB customers; substantial experience with B2B2C products required
- Skilled at balancing short-term execution with long-term platform scalability in both legacy and new product environments
- Hands-on experience with integrations and API strategy; understands the operational and strategic importance of ecosystem connectivity
- Familiarity with embedding AI, automation, or intelligent workflows into customer-facing software
- Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills; able to synthesize complexity, gain alignment, and move fast
- Operates with urgency, clarity, and adaptability—thrives in dynamic environments with high expectations and constant change
