  • Conduct consultative discovery calls that map prospects' pain points to Attributilize's features
  • Maintain CRM hygiene through activity logging and pipeline stage updates

  • Consultative selling approach with active listening skills
  • Ability to translate technical ATS features into business value for diverse audiences
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with 6+ stakeholder touchpoints
  • Passion for recruitment technology's potential to humanize hiring processes

This role offers the chance to shape the future of work by empowering recruiters with tools that make their jobs easier while creating better candidate experiences. If you thrive in environments where innovation meets empathy, we want you on our team.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
