  • Establish and manage vendor relationships and infrastructure budgets, including forecasting and procurement

Corporate Technology & End-User Services

  • Manage corporate IT services, including 24x7 desktop support, collaboration tools, end-user devices, identity and access management, and workstation security
  • Own the lifecycle of all desktop applications, hardware, and accessories, ensuring reliability, security, and ease of use

  • Act as a key partner to Risk, Compliance & Information Security. Translate regulatory requirements into actionable, repeatable processes for your teams
  • Drive operational preparedness for audits, internal assessments, and regulatory reviews
  • Monitor and report on SLA adherence, system performance, and compliance posture across infrastructure and IT services
  • Provide executive & board-level reporting and briefings on platform incidents, availability, and risk mitigation efforts

Culture & Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team culture rooted in transparency, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Develop a strong management bench; coaching your reports to lead cross-functional work, prioritize effectively, and develop their own teams
  • Promote cross-functional knowledge sharing and operational consistency across technical domains
  • Mentor and develop team members while modeling leadership values and behaviors

About You
