We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE III) to join our blockchain engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure. You’ll work on systems that power wallet operations, protocol integrations, crypto asset flows, and compliance enforcement for a high-volume, regulated Web3 environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Token Lifecycle Management:
- Execute token listings, delistings, and swaps based on inputs from Marketing and Product teams, ensuring timelines and accuracy.

- Crypto Deposit & Withdrawal Systems:
- Design and maintain robust systems for managing crypto asset deposits and withdrawals.
- Build and monitor integrations with third-party Wallet-as-a-Service (WAAS) providers and blockchain networks.
- Implement in-built transaction monitoring and system alert mechanisms.

- Transaction Signing:
- Sign outbound transactions securely and ensure proper authorization protocols are followed.

- Blockchain Node Upgrades:
- Track updates released by blockchain protocols, evaluate their impact, and safely implement mandatory/optional node upgrades.
- Develop rollback mechanisms in case of instability.

- Funds Sweeping:
- Automate and manage scheduled sweeping of funds to designated wallets as per internal protocols.
- Ensure traceability and security of all fund movements.

- Deposit/Withdrawal Audits:
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Ensure transparency and traceability in line with internal and regulatory standards.

- Ensure all wallet operations and crypto transactions meet current compliance regulations.
- Proactively update systems and processes in response to changes in standards.

- Manage end-to-end wallet infrastructure including configurations, access controls, and security protocols.
