Job description : PSAP E911 Test engineer
Location : San Ramon, CA
Duration : Contract
Mandatory Skills:
• Windows desktop and server
• Windows 7, 10
• Windows Server 2003, 2008 or higher
• Network protocols
• TCP/IP, DHCP, SIP/RTP
• Systems integration and test
• Test planning, test case development, execution and reporting
• Protocol analysis and troubleshooting, using Wireshark, Agilent, IRIS and/or other networking tools
• HP ALM/QC, Jira, Bugzilla or other test and defect tracking tools
• Performance/stability testing and test automation
• Microsoft SQL 2008 or higher
• Experience in VoIP products and technologies
Desirable Knowledge and Experience:
• Hand-on experience in server room (racking, cabling)
• Public Safety (911 and E911)
• Experience with E911 call handling equipment (PSAP CPE), including setup and testing e.g.,
• Intrado/West Viper
• Cassidian/Airbus
• microDATA /TCS
• Solacom Guardian
• Interact
• Familiarity with next generation 911 Services – ESInet
