Job Description- Job Title: IT Helpdesk Web Savvy Individual / Web Master
- Job Description: We are looking for a bright, sharp, and organized internet savvy individual to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA for Level 1 or Level 2 technician Positions.
- Type: Part-time with possibility of converting to full-time
- General Working Days: Monday-Friday
- General Working Hours: TBD (Approx 4-6h between 8:30am-2:00pm). Possibility to convert to long term contract, part time, or full time.
- Availability: Immediate Opening
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform web related maintenances such entering product descriptions on various websites.
- Trouble shoot basic IT related issues such as connecting computers, internet connections, etc
- Proof read product packaging information
- Grow our reach on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other Networks.
- Perform other tasks as required by management
- Excellent Writing Skills.
- Strong Computer Skills (Windows troubleshooting, Excel, Outlook Email, Internet, Website, etc)
- Able to code basic HTML
- Must be active on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube
- Legal to Work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Windows 7, 8, 2008 Experience
- SEO, SEM Experience
- Some programming experience such as PHP or ASP.net
