The summary above was generated by AI

At Hive, we’re all about creating moments that matter and helping event marketers connect with their biggest fans. Live events bring people together, and our industry-leading platform makes it easier than ever for promoters to build strong, lasting connections with their audiences. Our mission is simple: to help live events grow.

The Role

We’re looking for a Web & SEO Manager to own the Hive marketing website end-to-end — managing our Webflow site, implementing technical SEO, and launching high-converting landing pages for paid and event campaigns.

You’ll be the bridge between design, product, and growth marketing, ensuring our digital presence not only looks great but performs even better.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Hive’s marketing website (Webflow) — maintain, update, and continuously improve performance and UX.

  • Implement technical SEO best practices (crawlability, site speed, schema, redirects, internal linking).

  • Build and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns, events, and product launches.

  • Collaborate with Design and Growth to bring new ideas to life quickly.

  • Partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to ensure accurate tracking and analytics across GA4, Tag Manager, and ad pixels.

  • Manage content hierarchy and on-site messaging consistency across marketing and product experiences.

  • Run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

What Success Looks Like
  • Reduced website bounce rate by 20%

  • Increased organic traffic and demo conversions month-over-month

  • Clean, fast, consistent site performance (meets Core Web Vitals)

  • Reliable tracking across all campaigns and landing pages

  • Marketing team can launch new pages in hours, not days

What You Have
  • 5+ years managing B2B SaaS or marketing websites

  • Hands-on experience with Webflow (or a similar CMS like Wordpress)

  • Proven success with technical SEO and on-page optimization

  • Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and tracking setup

  • Experience building and optimizing campaign landing pages

  • Collaborative mindset and proactive communication

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in SaaS, Martech, or event tech

  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles

  • Comfortable moving fast with AI tools like Framer

  • Experience working with designers or creative teams

Comp/Benefits Package:

  • Meaningful salary + equity: you’re rewarded based on impact

  • Work fully remotely in Canada: where you are most productive whether that be from your house, or elsewhere. We just ask that you have the legal work authorization in Canada.

  • Flexible work hours: customize your schedule as long as it’s not disruptive to your role, team, and Hive

  • Health + Insurance: Comprehensive health and dental coverage with a parental leave top-up program

  • Unlimited vacation/PTO policy: so you can be happy and healthy!

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
