About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven WebLeads Marketer to help scale inbound lead generation across digital channels. You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing lead funnels, and executing campaigns that attract high-quality prospects for our sales team.

This role blends performance marketing, analytics, outreach automation, and conversion optimization. You should be comfortable experimenting fast, analyzing data, and improving acquisition strategies continuously.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize lead generation campaigns across SEO, paid ads, cold outreach, and social channels
  • Research and identify target customer segments and buying intent signals
  • Manage landing pages and improve conversion rates through A/B testing
  • Create and maintain automated lead nurturing workflows
  • Monitor campaign KPIs including CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve lead quality
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Maintain clean CRM pipelines and reporting dashboards
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or demand generation
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels
  • Experience with outreach automation and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and paid acquisition channels
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize experiments

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or startup environments
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing workflows
  • Understanding of cold email deliverability best practices
