As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will join WEBTOON's Global Brand Task Force, working cross-functionally with teams around the world to build the brand foundation for WEBTOON in the U.S. and, ultimately, globally. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Partnerships within the EN Brand & Audience Development team, you’ll play a high visibility role at the center of how WEBTOON shows up in the world.

Essential Duties
- As a member of the Global Brand Task Force, help build WEBTOON's brand foundation in the U.S. and globally, and develop short, mid, and long-term strategies to drive brand growth.
- Shape WEBTOON's brand marketing vision, positioning, and core messaging.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across the company worldwide to ensure the brand is executed consistently across all channels, and keep brand initiatives aligned with measurable user growth goals.
- Own execution of always-on and major brand campaigns and 360-degree, multi-channel activations end to end—from planning through execution - including digital advertising, OOH, experiential, strategic partnerships, and influencer/celebrity partnerships.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and agency/vendor relationships, working in close partnership with the Creative team.
- Partner with Creative teams to develop compelling campaign concepts, messaging, and creative assets that consistently reinforce the WEBTOON brand.
- Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and to optimize future initiatives based on the results.
- Track and report campaign and brand performance on an ongoing basis—including the impact on platform metrics as well as brand health indicators such as awareness, consideration, preference, and perception.
- Develop scalable marketing frameworks and campaign playbooks that improve execution efficiency and collaboration across the Task Force and broader team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within entertainment or fandom-driven industries.
- Proven experience developing brand strategies and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. entertainment landscape, media ecosystem, and consumer trends.
- Experience working within a global organization, with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence teams without direct authority.
- Experience collaborating with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop impactful creative campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage consumer research, brand tracking, and campaign performance data to inform strategy.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to fandom-driven audiences with a strong understanding of community building and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with WEBTOON, anime, manga, web novels, gaming, or adjacent fandom communities is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is strongly preferred.
Salary Range & Description
$90,000 - $130,000 / annually
