About Comfrt
Comfrt is building a gamified wellness app that helps people develop lasting healthy habits through engaging, science-backed experiences. We believe wellness should feel rewarding, not like a chore. Our team is small, fast-moving, and AI-augmented — every member has an outsized impact on what we ship and how our users feel.
About the Role
You will be the subject-matter expert ensuring everything Comfrt puts in front of users is grounded in real wellness science and genuinely helps people. You will shape the content strategy, design the wellness programs and challenges, and work with the team to make sure our gamification drives healthy outcomes — not just engagement metrics. This role blends content creation and coordination, program design, and domain expertise into one high-impact position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, curate and collaborate on evidence-based wellness content: guided programs, daily challenges, educational tips, and motivational prompts.
  • Design the wellness framework that powers Comfrt’s gamification — ensuring challenges, milestones, and rewards map to meaningful health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the designer and developer to integrate content seamlessly into the app experience.
  • Conduct research on wellness trends, behavioral science, and competitor offerings to keep Comfrt’s content fresh and credible.
  • Define content guidelines and a tone of voice that is encouraging, inclusive, and never preachy.
  • Review all user-facing copy, notifications, and in-app messaging for accuracy, tone, and sensitivity.
  • Use AI writing and research tools to accelerate content production while maintaining quality and scientific rigor.
  • Help define success metrics for wellness outcomes (not just engagement) and contribute to how we measure real user impact.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in wellness, health coaching, health education, or a related field.
  • Strong content creation skills — you can write clear, engaging copy that motivates without being condescending.
  • Familiarity with behavioral science, habit formation frameworks (e.g., Fogg Behavior Model, habit loops), or health behavior change models.
  • Ability to translate complex health and wellness concepts into simple, actionable guidance for a general audience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, or engineering teams.
  • A critical eye for wellness misinformation — you know the difference between evidence-based guidance and trends.
  • Comfort with AI content tools and willingness to integrate them into your workflow

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in health coaching, nutrition, personal training, mindfulness, or a related discipline.
  • Experience designing gamified wellness programs or challenges.
  • Background in content strategy for mobile apps or digital health platforms.
  • Familiarity with health data privacy considerations and ethical content practices in wellness tech
