The Role: Innovation & Fabrication Manager

As an Innovation & Fabrication Manager, you will oversee supply chain operations that support the White Iron Forest program. You will coordinate procurement, logistics, inventory, suppliers, and project teams to keep materials available and projects on schedule. This role focuses on operational execution, risk management, and continuous improvement across a complex construction and manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead day-to-day supply chain operations for the White Iron Forest program.
  • Coordinate procurement, logistics, inventory, and material planning across multiple projects.
  • Partner with engineering, construction, and supply chain teams to align material availability with project schedules.
  • Monitor project milestones, supplier performance, and delivery commitments.
  • Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans for long-lead materials and critical components.
  • Support supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Manage purchase orders and supplier agreements to meet project requirements.
  • Resolve supply chain issues by working with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, cost, quality, and delivery performance.

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • Experience managing procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations for construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers and material deliveries across multiple projects.
  • Strong planning, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in deadline-driven environments.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting large-scale data center, steel fabrication, or industrial construction programs.
  • Experience with supplier performance management and strategic sourcing.
  • Familiarity with capital project delivery and long-lead material planning.
