At Kognitiv Inc., we’re redefining what it means to be a Workday partner. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the ecosystem, we bring deep expertise, innovative thinking, and a people-first mindset to everything we do. We’re not just building better Workday solutions—we’re building a company where talented people thrive.

Ready to do your best work? Join us.

As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you are the bridge between complex business logic and flawless execution. You will act as a strategic partner to our global clients, ensuring they extract maximum value from their Workday investment. This isn't just a support role—it’s an "ownership" role where you design, configure, and troubleshoot the most critical module in the Workday ecosystem.

What You’ll Do (The Impact)

  • Architect Solutions: Conduct deep-dive workshops to translate complex payroll requirements into elegant Workday configurations.

  • Innovate & Optimize: Move beyond "ticket-taking." You will identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and implement system improvements that save clients hundreds of hours.

  • The Technical Craft: Build and refine Calculated Fields, custom Dashboards, and Advanced Reports to give clients real-time visibility into their payroll health.

  • Lead the Way: Act as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME), sharing "Lessons Learned" and best practices to guide clients through the ever-evolving Workday landscape.

  • Consulting Excellence: Manage multiple concurrent projects with high autonomy, maintaining a "Point of View" that clients trust.

Who You Are

  • The Workday Expert: You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Payroll (Implementation or AMS).

  • Data Driven: You possess advanced Excel skills and a passion for technical troubleshooting—finding the "true cause" of an error is a challenge you enjoy.

  • Clear Communicator: You can explain complex technical logic to a non-technical business partner with ease.

  • The Owner Mindset: You don't wait for instructions. You see a problem, you analyze it, and you present the solution. You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment where agility is a requirement, not a buzzword.
