About this Role

As an Invisors Payroll Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver projects with the payroll module in scope. This role will allow you to creatively solve complex problems, service clients in many industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of your workstream for your clients, so your contributions to the team will be visible and appreciated.  

In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute to projects as well as contributing internally. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

An Invisors Payroll Senior Consultant must: 

  • Demonstrate Workday configuration skills in US Payroll as well as project and industry experience such that they can manage client requirement meetings with minimal guidance. 

  • Direct the activities of analysts associated with their project under the guidance of an architect.  

  • Act as a Mentor for lower-level employees within the HCM practice. 

  • Actively assist their direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be asked. 

  • Contribute to the internal goals of the HCM practice. 

 

Relevant skills and experience: 

  • 3+ Years of Workday experience in Payroll module

  • Experience implementing or working with Workday

  • Prior consulting experience preferred
