Responsibilities:
  • Lead the charge as a Workday champion, collaborating closely with your team and customers to achieve excellence at every project phase.

  • Support Lead Consultant(s) in gathering business requirements, crafting prototypes, testing solutions, and implementing them seamlessly.

  • Dive into Workday Payroll implementation activities, covering discovery, architecture, configuration, documentation, testing, and project reviews.

  • Customize the system to meet customers' expectations and needs, showcasing your mastery in execution.

  • Show relentless follow-through, keeping your project Lead and Engagement Manager updated on timelines, tasks, risks, roles & responsibilities, and more.

  • Stay proactive in staying updated on Workday developments and project changes, seeking growth opportunities with enthusiasm.

  • Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity on timelines, tasks, risks, roles & responsibilities, and fostering teamwork.

Skills and Requirements:
  • Bring at least 2 years of demonstrated Payroll hands on experience.

  • Workday functional experience is a huge plus, demonstrating your familiarity with the platform.

  • Excel in oral and written communications, showcasing your ability to convey ideas clearly.

  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.

  • Embrace a team-oriented approach, prioritizing collaboration and collective success.

  • Shine in facilitation and presentation skills, commanding attention and engagement.

  • Build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, fostering lasting partnerships.

  • Translate business requirements into system requirements effortlessly, showcasing your analytical prowess.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and engaging environment, delivering transformative HR Technology solutions with zeal.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS, or related fields.

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, leveraging these tools for impactful outcomes.

  • Minimal travel may be required, offering exciting opportunities to engage on-site as needed.
