The Workday Product Manager will manage the product roadmap and execution of Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering high-quality capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced Workday Product Manager to own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Workday solutions across the organization. This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality Workday capabilities aligned with business priorities.
The ideal candidate has strong Workday functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing enterprise SaaS products in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Workday product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements, configurations, and integrations based on business needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Workday partners, and technical teams.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear product and functional specifications.
- Lead planning and execution of Workday implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
- Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and communications across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure alignment with Workday best practices, security, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Support testing, release management, user training, and change management activities.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive ongoing optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Lead supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday, including one or more modules such as HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Financials, or Integrations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Workday initiatives, including enhancements and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and backlog management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certifications (HCM, Financials, Integrations, or related modules).
- Experience working with Workday Studio, EIBs, or third-party integrations.
- Prior experience in a long-term contract or consulting environment.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region Workday deployments.
