Remote with 10% travel to Tuscaloosa, AL, United States

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the reporting strategy for Workday implementations or enhancements

  • Design and deliver Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboard reports

  • Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Institutional Research teams

  • Ensure reporting aligns with Higher Ed governance and data standards

  • Implement row-level security and role-based access controls

  • Support regulatory, accreditation, and executive reporting needs

  • Manage report testing, validation, and user training

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Workday reporting experience

  • Higher Education experience required

  • Strong hands-on expertise with calculated fields and report optimization

  • Experience working with institutional data governance models

  • Ability to translate business questions into meaningful reports

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Prism Analytics

  • Workday Reporting certification

  • Familiarity with IPEDS, FERPA, and public-sector reporting requirements
