Analyze and improve internal workflows by identifying repetitive tasks and implementing no-code/low-code automations and AI-driven solutions. Build, test, and maintain integrations, support platform migrations, document workflows, train staff, and monitor automation performance across HR, Accounting, Compliance, and Administration.
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Workflow Automation & AI Integration Specialist to join our team and help improve internal business operations through automation and AI-driven solutions. This role will focus on analyzing existing workflows, identifying manual inefficiencies, and implementing practical automations using modern AI tools and non-code/low-code platforms. The specialist will work closely with back-office teams such as HR, Accounting, Compliance, and Administration to streamline processes, support platform migration, and improve the way teams work through smarter digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal workflows and identify repetitive tasks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Work closely with office teams to understand current processes and recommend improvements.
- Build, test, and maintain workflow automations using no-code/low-code tools and AI solutions.
- Support the migration of workflows, trackers, and communication processes to modern business platforms.
- Integrate tools and systems to improve data flow and reduce manual work.
- Develop AI-driven solutions such as internal bots, automated responses, document parsing, or reporting support.
- Document newly implemented workflows and provide guidance to employees on how to use them.
- Monitor the effectiveness of automations and continuously improve workflow performance.
Qualifications:
- Degree or ongoing studies in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 0.5–2 years of experience in workflow automation, data analysis, IT support, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering, including tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Understanding of workflow logic, system integrations, and data flow between platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Good English communication skills (Intermediate or higher).
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently on automation initiatives.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with Monday.com, Connecteam, or similar project/workflow management tools.
- Hands-on experience building custom GPTs, AI assistants, or personal automation projects.
- Experience working with operational, HR, finance, or compliance-related processes.
