Workforce Development Coordinator

Position Overview

ProScore Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Development Coordinator to support the administration and growth of our technology-driven apprenticeship programs. This role plays an important part in guiding apprentices through onboarding, monitoring their progress, and coordinating with instructors and partners to ensure a positive and successful experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting learners across multiple skilled trades. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to workforce development initiatives that create meaningful career pathways.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a caseload of at least 100 apprentices across programs such as electricians, construction craft laborers, and operators

  • Track progress in Related Technical Instruction and completion of the ProScore curriculum modules

  • Coordinate logistics and provide ongoing support to apprentices throughout their program participation

  • Register apprentices in the ProScore portal and ensure required documentation is completed and signed

  • Maintain accurate program records and assist with compliance reporting

  • Collaborate with instructors and external training partners delivering instruction through:

    • NCCER

    • Pearson

  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and improve apprentice outcomes

  • Support new initiatives and process improvements as projects evolve

Qualifications
  • Proficiency with workplace productivity tools including:

    • Google Workspace

    • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset

  • Willingness to learn and adapt as new projects and responsibilities emerge

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting workforce development, apprenticeship programs, or training administration

  • Familiarity with tracking learner progress and maintaining compliance documentation

  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and external training partners

  • Familiarity with CRM or LMS platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems

  • Bilingual Spanish skills

  • Familiarity with apprenticeship reporting or data systems such as RAPIDS
