Role Overview

The Workforce Performance and Productivity Director is a strategic orchestrator responsible for ensuring that the organization’s portfolio of initiatives (objective, priorities, projects, and goals) directly drives measurable business outcomes through individual goal setting. This role serves as the critical link between corporate strategy and operational execution, focusing on defining, tracking, and reporting the value realized from performance objectives across all departments. This individual will implement frameworks to translate high-level business objectives into clear, quantifiable targets and monitor progress to drive results. This role will own the PM/GM (Performance Measure / General Measure) framework for all bonus and performance eligible employees, including design, standards, and governance of PM/GM data and artifacts. The Director will partner across HR, Finance, Analytics, and business teams to strengthen performance management through clear processes, strong governance, effective tools, and repeatable reporting.

Top Reasons to Apply

Architect the Bridge Between Strategy and Execution - This isn't a role for a spectator. You are the primary architect responsible for translating the Executive Leadership Team’s high-level roadmap into a rigorous, measurable framework. You will own the system that ensures every corporate objective is backed by quantifiable, data-driven targets.

Direct Impact on Financial Performance & Value Realization - Operating at the intersection of Finance, Analytics, and Strategy, you will govern the standards for how performance is measured and rewarded. By ensuring absolute alignment between individual output and financial commitments, you play a critical role in protecting the company’s bottom line and driving measurable ROI on its most important initiatives.

Drive a High-Stakes Shift to Dynamic Operations - You will lead the enterprise-wide transition from static, annual planning to a "live" quarterly execution rhythm. This is a massive organizational transformation effort, giving you the mandate to overhaul legacy processes and implement modern, automated systems that increase the speed and agility of the entire business.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Architecture: Partner with the ELT and Strategy Teams to translate our company strategy and roadmap into high-quality goals (OKRs/KPIs) at the team and individual level.
  • Performance Process Oversight: Drive the end-to-end enterprise performance management and goal-setting program including calendar, annual and quarterly rhythms, tools and systems, and overall efficacy of the program.
  • Analytical Governance & Financial Linkage: Collaborate closely with Finance and Analytics to establish rigorous, enterprise-wide mechanisms for governing, auditing, and synthesizing performance data and financial outcomes. This ensures data integrity, strategic alignment, and the generation of clear, actionable insights against financial commitments and deliverables.
  • Driving Results & Productivity: Continuously monitor goal health and proactively identify accelerants and blockers or siloed/conflicting goals. Propose and facilitate real-time pivots to goals as market conditions or strategies shift (moving from bi-annual to a live, quarterly rhythm).
  • Operational Integration & Alignment: Ensure the overall performance management and goal setting processes are aligned with core people processes (HR, Compensation and Recognition).
  • Strategic Support: Act as a coach and partner to leaders and employees as they translate strategic priorities into measurable, ambitious goals that meet our enterprise performance standards and expectations.
  • Program Management: Own performance management reporting, dashboards templates, goal artifacts, and data, in collaboration with cross-functional partners as well as own performance management tool and systems administration.
  • Process Innovation & Digital Efficacy: Drive continuous process improvement by identifying, evaluating, and implementing new tools, systems, and automation solutions that enhance the efficacy, governance, and user experience of the enterprise performance management lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

  • 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, or a Performance/Strategy-focused role.
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep experience owning, implementing, and managing goal-setting frameworks like OKRs or similar methodologies at scale, with high fluency in metrics-driven goal setting and productivity.
  • Experience partnering with Finance &Analytics on enterprise targets and recurring performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale programs through standards, automation, and governance.
  • Strong executive presence, excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant program management certification is a plus.
