Job SummaryNext Generation, Inc, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a highly organized and experienced WorkForce Software Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of WorkForce Software solutions for our clients. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for client site visits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce management systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management for WorkForce Software implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on WorkForce Software or similar workforce management platforms.
- Strong understanding of time and attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance solutions.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.
