This role provides governance, administration, and technical oversight to maintain system stability and maximize value.

Core Responsibilities
  • System Administration – Manage users, licenses, permissions, system cleanup, and upgrades.
  • Governance & Change Management – Implement and enforce standardized change processes for workflows, templates, and shared fields.
  • Fusion Automations – Build and maintain integrations, oversee automation adjustments, coordinate with vendors on complex scenarios.
  • Project & Workflow Configuration – Develop and maintain project templates, workflows, routing logic, and shared objects.
  • Reporting & Dashboards – Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders, ensure data accuracy.
  • Business Engagement – Serve as point of contact for departments, gather requirements, and translate needs into solutions.

Key Considerations
  • Requires deep understanding of business processes across multiple departments.
  • Must balance business-facing (requirements, training, governance) and technical (system admin, integrations) skills.
  • Dedicated ownership is essential; splitting responsibilities across unrelated teams risks gaps in governance, inconsistent adoption, and reduced system effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Adobe Workfront Administrator
  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adobe Workfront Certification
