  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and improvements

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and workplace logistics

  • Support employee onboarding with workspace setup and office orientation

  • Plan and coordinate internal events including team lunches, celebrations, and offsites

  • Assist with external events held at the WorkOS office

  • Manage workplace budgets and track office-related expenses

  • Improve operational systems that help the workplace scale as the company grows

  • This role requires being in the office 5 days/week

Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, or employee experience roles

  • Strong organizational and operational skills

  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating facilities operations

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of ownership

Bonus
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup

  • Experience planning company events or onsites

  • Familiarity with workplace tools such as Envoy, Notion, or vendor management systems

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta

  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
