Position Summary

The Workplace Growth Manager (WGM) is a high-impact, strategic partner responsible for driving B2B workplace insurance growth by collaborating directly with agencies and distribution partners. This role serves as a principal architect for modern health insurance models, leading the design and implementation of both sophisticated Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) strategies and innovative level-funded alternative structures for small-to-mid market employers.

The WGM bridges the gap between legacy group benefits and individual market portability, seamlessly embedding comprehensive ancillary and supplemental product portfolios to protect employee out-of-pocket exposure. This leader acts as a vital consultative resource for brokers and HR executives. By fostering tight integrations with key enrollment technology partners, the WGM translates complex regulations and platform capabilities into frictionless user experiences and clear financial advantages to scale our distribution footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agency Partnership & B2B Growth: Partner directly with agencies and distribution partners to execute high-growth B2B workplace insurance strategies.
  • ICHRA & Level-Funded Architecture: Design and implement ICHRA contribution strategies and level-funded alternative structures for small-to-mid market employers to ensure a seamless transition from legacy group plans to individual market portability.
  • Enrollment & HR Tech Integration: Partner with leading BenAdmin (Benefits Administration) and enrollment technology platforms to ensure seamless, automated digital onboarding, data feeds, and a frictionless enrollment experience for employees and HR teams.
  • Ancillary & Supplemental Bundling: Identify, package, and bundle comprehensive ancillary lines alongside robust supplemental products (Gap, Critical Illness, Accident, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability) to thoroughly mitigate employee financial exposure within individual and level-funded frameworks.
  • Strategic Consulting: Act as the primary consultant for brokers and HR executives to translate complex ACA and HRA regulations into clear, actionable financial advantages.
  • Market Expansion: Drive ongoing strategic distribution growth by identifying new affinity groups and agency partners to scale the collaborative dual-agency footprint.
Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements
•    5+ years with a heavy emphasis on worksite, voluntary, and ancillary benefits distribution and B2B health insurance models.
•    Deep understanding of ICHRA regulations, ACA individual market dynamics, level-funded plan designs, and the broader ancillary/supplemental insurance landscape.
•    Technology & Platform Fluency: Proven experience working with modern benefits administration (BenAdmin) software, enrollment tech vendors, and utilizing CRM/data tools to drive sales funnels.
•    Proven B2B Fluency: Ability to effectively navigate executive-level discussions regarding ROI, tax optimization, risk management, and talent retention.
•    Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and manage to a P&L.
•    Professional designations (such as a CLF, REBC, or industry-equivalent) are strongly preferred.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The base pay for this remote role is: $75,000 - $95,000  and eligible for bonus plans built on sales performance.   You are also eligible for employee benefits medical, dental, vision, life, and participation in the company 401(k) plan. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
