What You Will Own
- The physical environment. Office space, equipment, supplies, maintenance. The space should feel intentional and energizing.
- Daily operations. Catering, deliveries, visitor management, event logistics, mail and shipping. The operational heartbeat of the office.
- Team support. Onboarding logistics for new hires, IT equipment provisioning, access management. The smooth start that sets the tone.

How We Evaluate
Compensation & Ownership
- Total first-year comp: $150,000 - $200,000 (base + equity + profit sharing).
- Base: $90,000 - $120,000.
- Equity: PIUs - $0 strike, Capital Gains, actual ownership from day one.
- Profit sharing + Liquidity + Benefits: Same partnership structure as every role at Product.ai.
