FocusKPI is seeking a Workplace Program Manager to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.
Work Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite role, 5 days/week onsite)
Duration: 5- to 6-month contract
Pay Range: $80 - 95/hr
Responsibilities:
- Create and disseminate information and tools to support operations teams in facilities management.
- Serve as a liaison between operations teams, building management personnel, and third-party vendors to support ongoing building maintenance.
- Provide real-time customer service to teams in order to maintain operational efficiency across the network.
- Coordinate planned and preventative maintenance programs on a rotating basis.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in systems and processes. • Assist the Facilities Team with tactical planning for the facilities team's goals and objectives.
- Ensure and/or conduct personnel training on standard operating procedures and quality assurance.
- Monitor facility safety, cleanliness, and maintenance, including inventory management and/or equipment repair.
- Create project plans and timelines to support team priorities and goals.
- Streamline information and data systems to standardize reporting.
- 7-10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years at a major Bay Area tech company.
- Education: Undergraduate Degree; Minimum degree required: Bachelor's
- Understand the value of every detail in the complex task of managing facilities issues, ensuring timeliness and excellence.
- Experience with Facilities Management is required.
- Experience with Standard Operating Procedures is required.
- Experience with Building Management is required.
- Have exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.
- Additional requirements: Customer service, Project planning, Process improvement, Facility safety monitoring, Planned maintenance & tactical planning.
