  • Support Strategic Space and Occupancy Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to analyze current and future space requirements. Perform scenario analysis to ensure we are maximizing efficient and effective space utilization across our global portfolio.
  • Contribute to Real Estate Strategy: Support the team's real estate initiatives, including the negotiation and management of Serviced Office Agreements and ensuring the overall real estate strategy is upheld across the portfolio.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders across the company (e.g., Finance, IT, People Operations) to foster collaborative relationships and ensure project efforts are coordinated and align with broader company objectives.
Who You Are
  • A Meticulous Project Manager: You are a self-directed, detail-oriented expert with a proven ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver multiple complex projects (both capital and operational) across a global portfolio.
  • An Operational Scaler: You have a clear track record of identifying inefficiencies and leading the implementation of tools, systems and processes that allow teams to manage a higher volume of work effectively.
  • A Strong Communicator and Influencer: You are comfortable presenting to leadership and can build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, navigating complex business requirements.
  • Hands-On & Proactive: You are not afraid to dive into the details. You think critically to solve problems in the moment and drive solutions in partnership with involved parties.
  • Experienced in Workplace and Construction: You have a minimum of four years of experience in the construction, real estate, or workplace management fields, giving you a working knowledge of industry practices and technical specifications.

This role is for a hands-on individual who is excited by the challenge of not only building spaces but also building the systems that make our Workplace organization function at scale.

This role will require travel ~ 30% of the time. The base salary range is $105,000 - $135,000.
