IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a skilled graphic designer to join our design team. In this role, you will work closely with the IXL and Education.com content teams to create beautiful, engaging designs for worksheets and other printable materials across multiple subject areas, including math, language arts, science, and social studies. #LI-REMOTE

This is a remote, 1099 consulting role for six months with a possible extension. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Work with the IXL and Education.com teams to design high-quality printable worksheets and materials for students in grades PreK–8
  • Ensure all designs adhere to established brand styles and maintain visual consistency
  • Efficiently manage multiple design tasks and meet quick turnaround deadlines
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Professional experience in print and graphic design 
  • High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a clean aesthetic, strong typography skills, and a solid understanding of layout
  • Great attention to detail when it comes to alignment, spacing, and brand consistency
  • Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines while managing multiple requests
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback into your designs effectively
