We are excited to host our 5th Wpromote Academy Summer Program this year! The Academy is an educational program designed to give college students, recent graduates, and those looking to shift into the industry the opportunity to learn from marketing experts and leaders from Wpromote, an award-winning digital marketing agency. 

OVERVIEW: Wpromote Academy is a 6-week, fully virtual learning experience designed to develop the next generation of digital marketers. This selective program brings together high-potential early career talent for hands-on exposure to Paid Search, SEO, and AI-driven marketing, while building the foundational skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced agency environment.

This is a virtual educational program. Participation is voluntary and Wpromote is not offering any compensation or future employment with Wpromote in connection with the Wpromote Academy Program. 

When: June 9th - July 23, 2026 (with a break during the week of June 29th in observance of the Fourth of July holiday)

The Anticipated Schedule (subject to change):

Week 1:
  • June 9 - 1pm- 1:45pm ET: Orientation 

  • June 11 - 1-2pm ET: Paid Search -  Learning Session 

Week 2:
  • June 16 - 1-1:30pm ET: Paid Search -  Q&A 

  • June 18- 1-2pm ET: SEO - Learning Session 

Week 3 
  • June 23- 1-1:30pm ET: SEO - Q&A 

  • June 25- 1-1:30pm ET: Assignment Work/Check In 

Break Week (No sessions) - June 30th + July 2

Week 4:

  • July 7- 1-1:45pm ET: Effective Communication with Learning & Development team 

  • July 9- 1-1:30pm ET: Practice Pods

Week 5: 
  • July 14 - 1-1:30pm ET: Self Led Time Management Course

  • July 16 - 1-2pm ET: ELT Ask Me Anything

Week 6:
  • July 21 - 1-1:30pm ET: Project Work Time/Check In 

  • July 23 - 1-1:30pm ET: Projects Due/ Wrap up Session

In this Program, You Will Be:

  • Participating in weekly live learning sessions led by Wpromote Managers and Senior Managers

  • Gaining exposure to how AI is applied in modern marketing workflows and decision-making

  • Learning directly from Wpromote’s Learning & Development team on best practices for communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

  • Completing a project to solve a hypothetical client challenge and submitting it to Wpromote leaders for expert feedback

  • Connecting with peers and participating in a Q&A with a Wpromote ELT leader during the final week

  • Engaging in meaningful and educational conversations around core digital marketing concepts and strategies

You Must Be

  • Eager to develop knowledge within the digital marketing field 

  • Able to virtually meet for: 1.5 hours per week 

  • Able to access the virtual meetings via a personal device

    Those interested in participating in Wpromote Academy must submit an application, resume, and 30 second video explaining why you are interested in the program and what you hope to gain from the experience. We are looking for excitement and enthusiasm, and we encourage creativity! Your video can be submitted using a link or it can be uploaded to the system directly (file size limit is 25MB). Your video is confidential and will only be viewed by the Wpromote Talent Team. Applications will close Friday, May 29th, 2026.
