• 4+ years of experience in digital content production, newsletter strategy, or sports media.
• Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs) to augment workflow automation.
• Deep knowledge of major professional, college, and fantasy sports, including the business concepts driving the industry.
• Strong understanding of newsletter platforms, monetization models (subscriptions/ads), and audience growth mechanics.
• Independent worker with a track record of leading small project workstreams and impacting cross-functional team goals.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to tailor tone for diverse digital audiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends) aligned with the global sports calendar.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and AI-assisted graphic design.
• Experience building and engaging digital communities through interactive content.

• A strategic thinker with a focus on evaluating competitive landscapes and developing innovative offerings.
• A collaborator who can multitask across diverse groups to drive multiple initiatives.
• Someone with a commitment to continuous learning and comfort operating in an evolving, AI-augmented environment.

The compensation for this position ranges from $72,750.00 - $151,250.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
