The Yardi Platform Analyst will perform at a Tier III support level and contribute to the Business Applications team. This position serves as the systems liaison between Technology, accounting, and operations business partners on the Yardi platform. The primary purpose for this position is to complete Tier III escalated Yardi work along with support in other systems like RentCafe, Salesforce, etc. Analysts will review business processes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency through technology, while looking to find ways to leverage technology to reduce manual tasks that are being performed by business operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Daily support of IH’s system and applications
  • Manages support ticketing system to assist end-users with trouble issues or knowledge requests
  • Support in-house web/mobile applications, including identifying trending issues
  • Collaborating and working with all levels of stakeholders
  • Synthesize complex information quickly, proactively addressing issues, and meeting tight deadlines
  • Create/Alter/Deploy SQL packages for code fixes within Yardi
  • Resolves ticket escalations and provides training and support as needed on Tier I and II tasks for Yardi Systems Analysts on the Enterprise Applications team
  • Assist Tier I and II team members with user security, user roles and menus, Payscan role and workflow setups and updates, etc.
  • Assist with the Quarterly Audits for in-scope applications
  • Maintaining user confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential

Who We’re Looking For

  • Associates, Bachelor’s or higher college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Yardi property management software experience
  • 3+ years of systems analyst experience
  • Basic SQL Knowledge
  • Understanding of technology change management process
  • Understanding of working within SOX compliant software
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of on-site property management operations
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • General computer knowledge and troubleshooting techniques
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
  • Advanced hands-on experience as a Yardi Admin, including preforming ETL’s and using front end functions
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is: $55,125.00 - $95,550.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
