Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end post-production for high-performing YouTube content, from ingest and assembly through final delivery
- Shape compelling narratives through pacing, structure, music, graphics, and sound design to maximize retention and watch time
- Collaborate with producers, creators, and stakeholders to refine concepts and translate creative vision into finished edits
- Execute precise, efficient workflows across multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Apply platform-specific editing strategies, trends, and formats optimized for YouTube performance
- Incorporate analytics and performance insights to inform editorial decisions and improve future content
- Maintain uncompromising quality standards aligned with the channel’s creative vision and brand
Qualifications
- Extensive experience editing top-tier YouTube programming or digital content that resonates in today’s culture
