The YouTube Livestream Producer will manage the NYSE Open broadcast, optimizing technical execution, managing audio feeds, and producing post-show content.
Own the Airwaves for the NYSE Open. Run a Pro-Level FinTech Broadcast.
About the Role
Tradeify is building the "ESPN for the next generation of traders," and we need a YouTube Livestream Technical Producer to command our daily NYSE Open broadcast. You aren't just hitting "Go Live"—you are the architect of the show's technical execution. You will own the video pipeline, manage real-time remote guest feeds, and execute precision switching during high-volatility market moments.
This is a 20-25 hour/week part-time contract.
The Mission
- Command the Console: Run the daily NYSE Open livestream (approx. 09:15 ET start), switching scenes, triggering graphics, and managing audio levels in real-time.
- Master the Feeds: Use VDO.Ninja (or similar) to bring in remote hosts and guests with zero latency and broadcast-grade quality.
- Build the Pipeline: Optimize OBS scene collections, stinger transitions, and NDI/audio routing to ensure a glitch-free experience for 40,000+ traders.
- Post-Production Speed: Immediately following the live show, you will cut "best-of" segments and Shorts to dominate the algorithm before the European session ends.
The Schedule (US Eastern Time - Estimated)
- Pre-show prep beginning around 08:45 ET
- Live broadcast from approximately 09:15 ET - 11:00 ET
- Post-production and clip editing following the live show
What You Bring
- Elite OBS Skills: You don't just use OBS; you know nested scenes, source mirrors, stream decks, and plugins inside out.
- Remote Guest Engineering: Deep experience with VDO.Ninja, vMix Call, or ZoomISO. You understand mix-minus, bandwidth management, and how to make remote guests look like they are in the studio.
- Audio Routing: Familiarity with virtual audio cables (Voicemeeter, Loopback) to manage complex PC audio and comms (Discord/Slack) without feedback loops.
- Calm Under Pressure: Markets move fast. If a feed drops 30 seconds before a major economic announcement, you are the calmest person in the room fixing it.
Why Join Tradeify?
- High Autonomy: You are the Technical Lead for the Americas time zone.
- Fintech Growth: Join a fast-moving team that is redefining financial media.
- Pro Gear Budget: We ensure you have the hardware needed to produce a top-tier stream.
Send us your resume and a link to a VOD or Portfolio of a live broadcast you have technically directed. We are looking forward to meeting you!
Our Hiring Process
Recruiter Interview: If we like your initial application, expect to schedule an interview with a member of our recruitment team. We want to know more about why you want to join our team, how you feel about our company, and how it fits into your overall career plan to make sure this is the right place for you.
Interview(s) with your future manager: This is to make sure that you are a fit for the role you are applying to and to explore your career history. In this interview, we'll learn more about the hard and soft skills you possess to help determine if you'd be a good fit for us.
Final Interview(s) with Leadership: Depending on the role, you may be interviewed by our senior leaders to assess your strategic thinking and fit within the broader team.
