The Marketing Analyst II position is responsible for extracting and analyzing data from various sources, defining and managing KPIs, and providing insights that lead to marketing conversion improvements. They will partner with the marketing team to achieve business goals and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. The impact of this role includes performance analysis, serving as an expert on data, and contributing to ongoing campaign optimization.

The Senior Security and Product Compliance Analyst will collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to laws and regulations, integrate compliance measures into new products, develop automated tools for monitoring compliance, and implement security measures.

Create and lead Earnest's security program, manage security operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive security maturity. Requires 10+ years in security and compliance leadership, certifications CISSP, CISM, CISA or CRISC, experience with SOX compliance, AWS, Kubernetes, networks, SDLCs, and familiarity with regulatory standards.
