In previous roles, my interactions were almost exclusively with my direct manager. Here, the hierarchy is much flatter, and it’s not unusual for me to work directly with my Director, VP, or even our Chief Commerce Officer on a customer strategy. There’s a genuine feeling that everyone, regardless of their title, is invested in your success and, by extension, our customers’ success. That lack of ego and the collective focus on getting the best outcome is something I value, and haven't experienced to this degree anywhere else.
