Lead product marketing for Aeva’s LiDAR portfolio, including positioning, naming, competitive analysis, messaging, go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, content, sales enablement, and customer advocacy. Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, operations, and supply chain roles across hardware, software, AI, embedded, electrical, systems, mechanical, photonics, and optics disciplines. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, develop talent strategies, source passive candidates, manage multiple searches, provide market intelligence, and support Aeva’s employment brand.

The NPI Alignment Engineer will develop precision optoelectronic alignment equipment, oversee production processes, perform failure analysis, and work with manufacturers on alignment equipment.

Lead strategic sourcing and commercial management for hardware commodities (electronics, optics, semiconductors, precision and contract manufacturing). Develop and execute sourcing strategies, run RFIs/RFQs, negotiate global supply agreements, manage product cost targets and should-cost/TCO analyses, build supply resilience and dual sourcing, assess supplier readiness/financial health, and drive supplier performance and cross-functional alignment for product launches and scale.

The Optical Engineer will design, develop, and test optical systems for Aeva's LiDAR sensors, focusing on tolerance analysis and laboratory skills.

Hybrid hardware/software engineer responsible for characterizing 4D LiDAR sensors, supporting customer integrations, building production Python/C++ data pipelines, running calibration and field debugging, maintaining ETL for high-volume sensor data, and coordinating data labeling and collection operations.

As a Senior Perception Engineer, you will develop and deploy algorithms for real-time perception systems in Aeva's 4D LiDAR technology, ensuring performance and scalability while adhering to coding standards.

Manage and drive photonics layout and design automation, leading a team, ensuring quality, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Lead a design team focused on silicon photonics for AI data centers and automotive applications by managing design processes and product timelines.

Lead design, characterization, validation, and NPI of III-V lasers and amplifiers. Manage a team to transition devices from R&D to high-volume production, define test and lot strategies, develop engineering requirements, and drive packaging, reliability, and cost/yield improvements across product lines.

The Engineering Program Manager oversees photonics and semiconductor project development, manages schedules, coordinates with vendors, and drives resolution of technical issues to meet product milestones.

Responsible for managing defense technology sales, executing RFIs and RFQs, building relationships with agencies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires collaboration with various teams and negotiation of agreements.
