Oversee fund accounting, valuation, financial reporting, audits, controls, investor inquiries, and complex accounting issues for investment funds. Lead process documentation, client onboarding, portfolio valuation reviews, and automation initiatives. Coach accounting managers and senior accountants while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, including ASC 946 and ASC 820, and coordinating with auditors, investors, fund leads, and engineering teams.

Leads the Subscriptions & Closings team for venture funds, SPVs, and institutional funds. Owns fund setup, investor subscriptions, capital closings, prorations, controls, compliance escalations, and client relationships. Manages team coverage and SLAs, develops closing playbooks, supports complex fund mechanics, and partners with Product and Engineering to improve tooling and processes. Requires private-markets fund administration experience, traditional drawdown fund expertise, team leadership, strong client service, and knowledge of KYC/AML controls.

Prepare and review partnership tax returns and Schedule K-1s for institutional venture capital and private equity funds. Responsibilities include book-to-tax adjustments, partner allocation validation, capital account reconciliations, multi-state and foreign partner filings, client support, and testing tax platform functionality with Engineering. The role also focuses on improving tax workflows through AI and automation.
