Own end-to-end product design for AI-native healthcare products serving clinic staff, patients, and internal users. Define experiences in a 0-to-1 environment, scale the design system, maintain high UI/UX quality, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship rapidly. The role requires designing complex multi-persona workflows, communicating through storytelling, using Figma extensively, and incorporating AI and prototyping tools into the design process.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership while maintaining hands-on responsibility for strategy, interaction design, visual craft, prototyping, and iteration.
