Supports research finance and administrative leadership through financial and operational analysis, dashboards, recurring reports, data quality reviews, and reporting schedule management. Identifies trends, risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities across research operations, translating findings into actionable recommendations. The role also assists with indirect cost rate proposals, fringe analysis, reconciliations, research space reporting, documentation, and ad hoc leadership requests.

Manage post-award financial functions for an assigned grants and contracts portfolio: account reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll/personnel administration, closeouts, and collaboration with PIs and research administration to ensure compliance and timely financial information.

Leads finance transformation, integration, and innovation initiatives supporting the Finance Roadmap. Responsibilities include managing strategic workstreams, analyzing information, developing financial models and recommendations, coordinating cross-functional teams, improving systems and processes, establishing performance metrics, mitigating risks, presenting findings to senior leaders, and driving automation. The role partners with Finance, technology, operational, and clinical stakeholders while overseeing multiple initiatives and supporting implementation of transformation solutions.
