Design and develop high-power AC/DC and DC/DC systems, multilevel converters, and grid-tie inverters for EV chargers. Responsibilities include power architecture, modeling, component selection, schematics, PCB layout, embedded controls, magnetics, thermal design, compliance, DFM, validation, and reliability. The role collaborates across electrical, software, mechanical, and test teams to bring power electronics products to market.

Conduct hands-on electrical and physical failure analysis for EV charging electronics, including field returns, product introductions, and manufacturing issues. Define test plans, isolate faults, interpret data, duplicate failures, document root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers while maintaining quality KPIs and resolving ambiguous technical problems independently.

Lead global controllership, treasury, and tax for a multinational public company: own close and SEC reporting, SOX compliance, cash and FX management, tax provision and compliance, and drive ERP/AI automation while building a high-performing global team.
