In order to ensure we can provide the best in service to our customers, at Charted we understand that our employees are the backbone of our organization. We embody our culture as a collaborative, dynamic, and innovative organization by offering employees the following:

As an organization who provides both consulting and software, we operate in a cross-functional and cross-collaborative environment, regularly using both sides of the business to stay on the pulse of customer needs.

Employees are regularly highlighted and featured through Teams, and kudos are regularly encouraged by all employees. Similarly, employee awards are formally announced at the annual fall offsite meeting where all employees fly in to attend and interact as an organization. Charted also celebrates all employees with birthday reminders (and every employee receives a day off for their birthday) as well as work anniversary reminders.
