We believe that the traditional on-demand delivery industry massively underserves merchants through high commission rates, poor reliability, compromised food quality, driver shortages and more – problems compounded in recent years by merchants' increasing reliance on delivery. As the largest operationalized robotic delivery company, our team is redefining the last-mile experience with a more reliable, customer-forward service option. We leverage existing teleoperation technology and innovative logistics capabilities to immediately deploy at scale, actively completing thousands of weekly deliveries for 100+ merchant partners. Hyperlocal on-demand delivery in the food, grocery, convenience and pharmacy segments is growing exponentially. In the U.S. alone, roughly 6,000,000 deliveries happen within two miles of restaurants and grocery stores each day. We believe we can create a more optimistic future of delivery that nourishes and empowers local communities by developing sustainable, affordable logistics layers in cities everywhere. Coco currently operates in Los Angeles, Austin and Houston, with plans for expansion into other major U.S. cities on the horizon.
