Build and improve production ML and LLM-powered systems to raise assistant and agent quality. Design evaluation, benchmarking, and monitoring; develop signals, prompts, workflows, and model-driven logic; work on RAG, retrieval, personalization, RL, and orchestration; partner with product and engineering to ship production systems and support data/ML infrastructure for experimentation and continuous improvement.

Build usage metering, pricing logic, credits, guardrails for LLM/agent costs, dashboards, and data pipelines. Partner with Finance, RevOps, Product, and Data to ensure accurate, auditable billing and mentor engineers to raise quality.

Lead post-sale product marketing to drive onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion. Design segmented lifecycle campaigns (email, in-product, automation), partner with CS/Sales/RevOps for at-risk and expansion signals, run experiments using behavioral data and AI, define lifecycle metrics, and build a small AI-native customer marketing team while executing high-impact programs.
