Write, edit, and optimize SEO-focused content (meta tags, headlines, image tags) and website pages for desktop and mobile. Use SEO tools and analytics to identify trends, perform content audits, and gap analyses. Collaborate with SEM, marketing managers, and vendors, lead campaigns and seasonal content, mentor Online Content Specialists, and develop processes to improve organic visibility and site accuracy.

Manage and optimize dealership business listings across platforms (Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, etc.), ensure data accuracy (NAPW), maintain tracking and analytics connections, troubleshoot listing issues, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams, enable platform features, and drive SEO performance through consistent citations and tracking.

The Accounts Receivable Representative manages customer accounts, monitors receivables, processes payments, handles inquiries, and resolves billing issues while ensuring efficient customer service.
